Withair’s Water-Cooled Chiller offers residential/commercial users a win-win proposition: Outstanding energy efficiency, with up to 47% lower cooling costs; excellent sustainable indoor comfort provided by utilizing the earth’s natural geothermal heat or a boiler/cooling tower.

Provides cold water on-demand; ideal for fresh air ventilation, radiant floor heating or process cooling.
Maximize System Performance by Deluxe Controls

The smart electronic controls are unique to Withair’s water-source equipment. Designed for enhanced component protection and optimal system performance, the microprocessor board is factory-wired and ready for field installation. Optional advanced connectivity kit including connectivity to any BMS on Site.

Control features include: Reversing valve coil; Compressor protection; Compressor delay on start; Random start delay; Anti-short cycle timer; Brown-out protection; Low pressure time delay; Low and high pressure switches.
Wide Operating Range

The extended operating range allows the unit to work in a wide range of cooling and heating operating temperatures (up to 55°C condenser leaving water temperature). Suitable to brine operation down to -10°C evaporator leaving water temperature (brine option provided as standard).

Hermetic Scroll Compressor
and R-410A Refrigerant

The Water-Cooled Chiller is designed to optimize the energy efficiency, to bring down the operating costs and to reduce its environmental impact. It features high efficiency scroll compressors and plate to plate evaporator and condenser heat exchangers with reduced pressure drops and low refrigerant charge.
Optional Waterside Economizer System

If the water-source system design contains an economizing coil option, the moderate temperature loop water circulated through a core water source system can provide an inexpensive means to satisfy room comfort without operating the water source heat pump's compressor.

During economizer mode, fluid enters the unit, and passes by a water temperature sensing bulb. This temperature sensing bulb determines whether the two position, three-way valve will direct the water through the waterside economizing coil, and to the heat pump condenser, or through the condenser only. If the water temperature is 55℉(12.8℃) or less, fluid will flow into the economizing coil, while simultaneously halting mechanical operation of the compressor. Mechanical cooling will continue on a call for second stage from the thermostat.
