Withair® Medium & High Static Pressure Ducted Fan Coil Units are ceiling mounted, high air flow, high static pressure air conditioning terminals. They are designed, developed and tested considering the tough weather conditions of the Gulf and their reliability makes them an ideal solution of year round air conditioning, heating & ventilating demands.
The units are designed and manufactured to the high standards that are expected of a product from Withair®, having an up to date style and advanced structure. They are highly efficient, quiet, cost effective, safe, reliable and offer ease and economy in installation. Withair® high air flow fan coils are available in 8 models, for customers to choose from for standard or district cooling applications, with multiple row types for each model (the 2 pipe system has 3, 4 and 5 rows and 4 pipe system has 3+1 and 4+1 rows). The air flow ranges from 1,360 m3/h to 4,080 m3/h while the cooling capacity ranges from 7.2 kW to 21.6 kW and the external static pressure ranges from 0 Pa to 100 Pa up to size 12 and 0 Pa to 120 Pa for bigger sizes.

Withair® One Way Ceiling Cassette Fan Coil Units Use thin design, the thickness of this one-way fan coil unit only 235mm, which can make unit installed in a small space. Controlled by remote controller and/or wire controller, very convenient. Auto swing, it can offer wide air flowing range. Height to 3.5m, air supply angle to 50. Equipped with manual longitudinal guide air strip, which can adjust the distribution of air flow in all directions. The one-way cassette fan coil unit use double shaft and fan, with high lift water drained pump (750mm), this structure which can make the unit running quiet.
Vertical Exposed Universal Fan Coil Unit
Withair® Vertical Exposed Universal Fan Coil Units are intended for single zone applications. These units have load capabilities of 200 to 1400 CFM. Fan coils provide cooling and heating, and are available as two-pipe, with or without electric heat (one hydronic circuit) or four-pipe (two hydronic circuits). These units feature a variety of factory mounted piping packages.
Units with the variable speed fan switch only, are available with the switch mounted on the unit, or shipped separately, to be mounted in the occupied space. The variable speed switch option, which ships separately, comes with a low voltage (24 volt AC) transformer.
The controllers are available as factory mounted, configured and tested controls. A factory provided, configured, and tested thermostat is also available.

Vertical High Rise/Stack Fan Coil Unit
Withair® Vertical, High-rise/ Stack Fan Coil Units are designed to exceed the stringent quality standards of the institutional market – setting a new standard for quality, flexibility and performance. The extensive variety of available standard options provides the versatility you need to fit any HVAC system design. and intended for single zone applications. These units are used in high rise hotels, and condominiums. These fan coil units can be shipped completely assembled, reducing field installation time and labor.
Hot water, cold water, and condensate risers are factory insulated to avoid condensation and/or heat loss. Factory insulation is recommended to minimize installation costs and assure quality control on the insulation application.
Two-pipe and four-pipe riser systems are available. Two-pipe risers provide pipes for hot or chilled water supply and return only, but not both hot and chilled water simultaneously. Four-pipe risers provide pipes for hot plus chilled water supply and return simultaneously. Riser systems may be selected without a condensate riser—not required for a heating-only system. Very tall buildings may have more than one riser system with each system independent of the other.
Floor Trench Fan Coil Unit
The Withair® portfolio of Ground Trench Surround-line Convector (FCU) is mounted in floor groove in a hidden way and has the functions such as heating, cooling, fresh air supply and ventilation for commercial, residential and institute application, and is an alternative for construction renovation projects. This product is generally laid continuously around glass facade and its heat exchange is reduced by isolating and closing the heat convection between indoor and outdoor environment spaces so as to realize energy saving in the building.
As the product is mounted in a hidden way, it can greatly improve the utilization rate and appearance of indoor space and also has all functions of a convector.
Ground trench convector is designed to fit into a trench along the perimeter of a building close to the glass or French windows. Supplied with or without the cross-flow fans, for nature and forced convection, floor convector is available for room heating, cooling and ventilation (with fresh air spigots). The ground trench unit is pre-fitted and supplied as complete for ease of installation. It can be used to minimise the risk of condensation and save valuable room space, eventually for a comfortable room environment. Both standard units and customized design are available.
