Overview

Deliver Better Performance

Split systems can solve design challenges when rooftop access is not feasible. They provide both heating and cooling in a split configuration that is unique in its versatility. When a packaged rooftop unit isn't an option, ideal solution when the use of a rooftop unit isn’t possible due to design, safety or structural limitations. Withair's light commercial split system offers flexible, dependable performance. Increase energy efficiency 8~15% and delivers full-rated capacity at designed conditions. Easy to install and service.

Split system has an indoor section and matching outdoor section that are connected by refrigeration tubing. The indoor section includes a fan, indoor cooling coil, heating section and filter. The compressor and condenser stay outdoors.

A wide range of options allows you to specify unit tonnage that matches the load requirements.
Designed for Efficiency and Performance

Multi-speed fan, single zone VAV improves energy efficiency and comfort through superior control with part and full load configurations. Single, dual and manifolded compressor options. Single compressor outdoor units feature a single refrigeration circuitry. Single refrigerant circuit/capacity unloading models. Unloading units feature dual manifolded scroll compressors with two stages of capacity modulation and a single refrigeration circuit.

Dual compressor/dual circuit models provide automatic back-up, allowing either compressor to be serviced without shutting down the unit. Dual compressor models can save energy by using only one compressor during light load conditions.

Flexible Applications

No matter what the application, Withair® provides the solution. A broad array of models and tonnages are available with single or dual compressors, single or dual circuits and numerous accessories.

Condensing units can be installed on the ground or on a rooftop along with extended piping runs, while air handlers can be free discharge on the ground or horizontally suspended with long duct runs from a ceiling. Should application challenges arise, Withair® split system delivers.
Built-in Reliability

Keeping in mind that productivity only occurs when equipment is operational, Withair® has taken the steps to ensure that split system is up and running. Early indicators such as phase/reversal monitors and loss of charge protection provide diagnostics which prevent failure.
Easy to Install and Service

Small footprints and low weights combined with factory installed components like TXVs, filter driers, etc., reduce installation time and cost. Colored connectors and wiring, as well as factory-tested units make split system the right choice.

The Withair® Split System provides adequate dehumidification at full load conditions, so building occupants can experience a more comfortable environment throughout the day.
Rigorous Testing

Our units are rigorously rain tested to ensure water integrity. Actual shipping tests are performed to determine packaging requirements. Units are test shipped all over the world to determine the best packaging. Factory shake and drop tests are used as part of the package design process to help assure that the unit arrives at the job site in top condition. Rigging tests include lifting a unit into the air and letting it drop one foot, assuring that the lifting lugs and rails hold up under stress. A 100% coil leak test is performed at the factory. The condenser coils are leak tested at 660 psig and evaporators to 450 psig.

All parts are inspected at the point of final assembly. Sub-standard parts are identified and rejected immediately. Every unit receives a 100% unit run test before leaving the production line to ensure it lives up to rigorous Withair® requirements.
