The Withair's Packaged Inverter Rooftop Unit (RTU) system delivers premium comfort and performance by adjusting compressor capacity rather than a simple on/off control like other traditional units, so you can enjoy maximum comfort while reducing operating costs and saving money. The system works seamlessly with your thermostat to automatically adjust to your preferences, while integrated sound dampening features keep the unit quiet for top level comfort.

Rooftop for Retail & Department Stores - Retail & department stores need challenging design because of limited space and complex building structure, containing different floors and spaces. Withair's Rooftop Units (RTU) provide the solution:
• Ductwork can be connected flexibly to optimize installation space
• High efficiency EC plug fans are maintenance free
• Extraction damper, fan ensure there is no overpressure and air circulation is optimised
• High indoor air quality can be guaranteed thanks to integrated fresh air provision and multiple air filtration possibilities

Conventional Rooftop Units frequently cycle on and off, resulting in uncomfortable temperature fluctuations. While Withair's inverter-driven Rooftop Units are able to self-adjust, providing consistent room temperature, even when the outdoor temperature reaches up to 52℃.
