Overview
High Part Load Efficiency
The careful design, aimed to optimizing the energy efficiency of the heat pumps, with the objective of bringing down operating costs and improving installation profitability, effectiveness and economical management.
Better part load efficiencies are required at part load conditions in a heat pump application. Maximizes heat pump efficiency by optimizing single screw compressor operation dramatically reducing the electric power consumption when the motor speed slows.
Very low noise levels in part load conditions are achieved by varying the fan speed, but especially thanks to the variation of compressor frequency, which ensure the minimum noise level at all the time.
The ability to vary the output power in direct relation to the cooling requirements of the system, allow the possibility to achieve building comfort conditions much faster at start-up.
Cooling/heating capacity control is infinitely variable by means of a single screw asymmetric compressor controlled by microprocessor system. Each unit has infinitely variable capacity control from 100% down to 12.5%. This modulation allows the compressor capacity to exactly match the building cooling load without any leaving evaporator water temperature fluctuation. This chilled water temperature fluctuation is avoided with a stepless control.
